Operators, not account managers.
We run our own Amazon brands.
Almost every Amazon agency is staffed by people who've only ever managed other people's stores. We're different — we operate our own portfolio of consumer brands on Amazon. We know what it feels like to own the P&L because we own ours. We'll run yours like we own it too.
If any of this sounds like you, we should talk.
Your reports show ROAS, never profit
Vanity dashboards. Pretty numbers that don't tell you whether last month actually made money after fees, COGS, returns and ad spend.
You only talk to junior account managers
The senior pitched. A junior was assigned. You haven't spoken to the strategist who closed you in months. Sound familiar?
Nobody owns the result
When something breaks, fingers point. Ads blame listings. Listings blame inventory. Nobody owns the full P&L the way an operator does.
Every leaf covered.
No upsells, no surprise scope. One senior operator on point, with the full team behind them.
- Structured 7–14 day handoff — no lost ranking, no campaigns paused
- A senior operator as your dedicated point of contact (not a junior)
- Profit-first reporting: margin per SKU, not just blended ROAS
- Full audit of inherited campaigns before we touch anything
- Restructured account: search term hygiene, negative keywords, day-parting
- Listing and A+ audit on your top SKUs — we fix conversion first, then scale spend
- Catalog and inventory health monitoring (IPI, suppressed listings, stranded units)
- Weekly Loom updates plus a monthly P&L review with a senior operator
- Month-to-month after the first 90 days. No lock-in.

Questions, answered straight.
How long does the agency switch take?+
Typical handoff is 7–14 days. We run a structured onboarding so you don't lose ad performance or ranking during the transition. We keep all live campaigns running and only restructure once we've baselined.
Will my Amazon ranking drop during the switch?+
Not if it's done right. We don't pause campaigns mid-flight. We don't blow up listings on day one. We baseline first, fix the urgent leaks, then rebuild for compounding growth.
What's your retention rate?+
96%. Most of our clients have been with us for 3+ years. We don't sign brands we're not confident we can grow. If we don't believe we can move the needle, we'll tell you on the call.
How is your pricing structured?+
Flat tiered retainer based on account complexity — not a percentage of ad spend (which incentivises agencies to inflate spend). You can scale up or down as your needs change. Specific tiers depend on your account size and scope; we share them on the call.
Can I keep my current agency in parallel during the transition?+
Yes, and many clients do for the first 2 weeks. We'll coordinate directly with them on the handoff if you want a clean break.
Who actually works on my account?+
One senior operator owns your account — the same person you meet on the audit call. They have the full team behind them (ads, creative, catalog, ops), but you have one point of contact who knows your P&L inside out.
