The mistake: the ads were buying sales, not profit.
Sales were coming in, so the account looked fine. But real ACOS was sitting near 28%, which meant almost every dollar of growth was going straight back into ads. The brand was getting bigger without getting richer. This is the most common trap in beauty, because the sales number goes up and nobody checks what is left at the end.
What we did: rebuilt the ad structure across the whole catalog, captured the branded searches they were already earning but not collecting, and rewrote listings around what buyers were actually typing in.
